Erde is an antagonist in Shadowverse Flame. He is an "alter ago" of Arc Ruler.
Biography[]
Erde was born alongside Himmel as a proxy of the Arc Ruler at the time it was developed from the "Arc Autonomous Defense System".
Erde appears alongside Himmel when the main Arc Ruler begins his invasion of Nekome City. After discussing the situation, Erde leaves to guard the Gaia Tower where he finds Itsuki and Subaru, who have come to destroy it. When Erde manages to overcome the Nexa System, he challenges both of them to a Shadowverse match that ends up being a duel to the death since the damage inflicted on the defense is in fact done to the life force.
Erde corners them using the "Omen" of both Bloodcraft and Dragoncraft, to the point where he is able to kill both with an electric shock after leaving them out of combat. However, Baccherus and Slade intervene to shield them. This renews the strength of Itsuki and Subaru, and after reaffirming the bond with their partners, they evolve into Slade, Blossoming Storm and Baccherus, Grand Ghostie, allowing their owners to win the battle.
In disbelief of the miracle and the improbability of his defeat, Erde disappears as the Gaia Tower collapses, warning Itsuki and Subaru that the real battle is not over.
A last remnant of Erde appears to say goodbye to the Arc Ruler, thanking him for creating him and that he was amazed to discover the feeling of "sorrow".
Personality[]
Erde is calm and calculating. Like his co-Arc Rulers, he has a misanthropic and megalomaniacal personality as a result of believing himself superior to humanity, even calling themselves "gods."
Deck[]
Erde uses a Bloodcraft deck focused on Wrath. They also focus on the "Lust" series, having Valnareik, Omen of Lust as their main follower.
With the spell Disdain and Lust, Erde can also gain access to the Dragoncraft class and the Disdain archetype, particularly Galmieux, Omen of Disdain, focused on activating powerful effects by damaging allied followers.
