Plot

Seventh Flame becomes more and more lively as Ren Kazamatsuri becomes a member of the club. However it contrast, Subaru Makabe's face is gloomy. Subaru is frustrated with his family. Subaru's anger explodes, and he punches a tree. He is patched up by the president of Fourth Wind, Fuwari Hahajima, who happens to run into him. Subaru's frustration does not subside even after returning home, and he heads for the arcade as a distraction. Then, Fuwari is surrounded by delinquents and ......!
