- In English, Milteo shares a voice actress (Anne Yatco) with the young Itsurugi. In Japanese, they share one with Jeanne and Verdilia (Megumi Han).
- ↑ As the Arcana Spirit of "The Lovers," the implication appears to be that Milteo is neither male nor female individually, instead encompassing any and all genders that a couple might consist of. Milteo's English voice actress, Anne Yatco, has additionally referred to Milteo as a "double leader," comparing them to Huginn & Muninn, a card featuring two characters (one male and one female) both of which are also voiced by Yatco in English. This further supports the idea that Milteo represents multiple people and multiple genders.
