Rage of Bahamut (神撃のバハムート shingeki no bahamūto), commonly abbreviated to RoB, is a digital collectible card battle game developed by Cygames and published by DeNA, released in Japan in 2011. It is available to play through DeNA's mobile game service Mobage on PC, iOS and Android. An English language version was released in 2012 but ended service in 2016.
Three anime series have been adapted from the game: Rage of Bahamut: Genesis, Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul, and Mysteria Friends (also known as Manaria Friends).
In early 2022, it was announced that RoB would no longer be receiving new major content updates and previous events would start occurring again on a rotating schedule.
RoB is often considered the spiritual predecessor to Shadowverse, with many characters and illustrations from RoB appearing in Shadowverse. Many tie-ins and collaborations have occurred between RoB and Shadowverse.
