Entropy's Abyss[]

Sekka wakes up to another nightmare in the streets of Vellsar and states that she hates the world she resides in. Her mother calls out to her as Sekka calls out in response. Sekka journeys out to find her mother, having full confidence in her abilities. She recounts that Vellsar had her mother in control, but something bad had happened to her and she and Sekka got separated, or so she believes.

Sekka journeys closer to her mother and begins to barely sense her. She begins to have happy memories about a possible family that could be awaiting her once she reaches her mother. Soon after, a pair of werewolves corner her as Sekka fights her way out their clutches. However, the same pair catch up to her once more and wish to relinquish her to their master, Gido. They recount that her mother tricked everyone in Vellsar to become the last Lord of Darkness, even the vampires. Gido soon comes over to Sekka explains that he needs her power in order to change Vellsar, but Sekka refuses. After their clash, Gido transforms and states that the Lord of Darkness will end Vellsar if he awakes, but Sekka has full confidence in her mother. He responses by saying that The Nine-Tailed Fox is a villain and pitying Sekka's ignorance. She is able to blind Gido and finally return back to her mother.

Sekka is overwhelmed with happiness and asks where her other members of her family are. Her mother explains that her home is inside of her and she herself is "The Nine-Tailed Fox". The yokai explains Sekka is her remaining five tails after she was defeated by those in Vellsar. She was able to recover four of the nine tails, but the remaining five combined to become Sekka. Ninetails makes her way over to Sekka and devours her as Sekka falls to despair.

Sekka wakes up to another nightmare as she is confident that her mother wouldn't do such a thing. As she gets ready to leave, she is stopped by Fleauesse. Sekka is confused by her words, but Fleauesse continues to talk to Sekka. She wishes to know why Sekka is so compelled to see her mother and why the thought of having no memories never bothered Sekka. Soon after she leaves, Sekka is chased by the werewolves once again, but Aluzard comes to her side. He recounts that the werewolves have tried to kill him before and failed, and this time will be no different. He defeats the wolves and states he isn't after Sekka, this time. Gido catches up to the two of them as he unleashes his fury on Aluzard. As he is beaten down, he wishes for Sekka no have fear in the terrifying fate awaiting her.

Sekka finds her mother once again but she is doubtful of her own thoughts. Confused and trembling, Sekka wants her mother's version as to what Sekka actually is. Ninetails explains that everything Sekka has heard is true, and only wishes to hold her close. Sekka aims her bow at her Ninetails as they clash, magic against magic. During the conflict, Ninetails overwhelms Sekka with her absolute control of her power and states that it is impossible for Sekka to win. Refusing to accept defeat, Sekka blinds Ninetails and comes to a realization. If she was as strong as she claims to be, why did she need Sekka to come to her? Sekka now knows that with five tails compared to Ninetails four tails, Sekka has the upper hand. As Sekka is ready to deliver the final blow, Ninetails apologizes for her actions. However, Sekka is unshaken by her words and states that she should've been a better liar to avoid being in her sorry state. Sekka is able to defeat Ninetails as she transforms into a ball of energy. As Sekka absorbs Ninetails, she claims she will be the spark that will sweep fire across the earth.

Entropy's Abyss: Reconclusion[]

Sekka recounts her nightmares of her eating and getting eaten. She ignores these nightmares and heads over to her mother, but a strange wave of deja vu hits her. She wishes to know if there is something wrong with her or the world. She quickly makes her way over to Ninetails and recounts the things that she can remember. Sekka can remember streets, face, and paths she should have no memory of. However, Ninetails ignores her and consumes Sekka, but Sekka wakes up in the streets again. Sekka accepts this as reality and wants to overcome the destiny laid before her, but first she must deal with Ninetails.

Sekka finds Kagero, "the monster with anmenia", as the statements wounds Kagero a bit. Sekka states if Kagero had the same feeling of deja vu as her with Kagero responding that he has just a bit ago. Sekka states that she is the Nine-Tailed Fox as Kagero is the spirit of a sword. Kagero claims that they are both yokai, but Sekka feels as lost as ever. They can feel the link that binds them together, and the both of them go to find the missing members of their group.

She is able to catch up to Drache, a dragonewt who has a dream to fly, but he refuses to answer her. Sekka brings up the name "Aluzard", as he tries to dismiss it. Kagero explains that Aluzard is the link that brought them all together. They decide to go find Aluzard in order to get some answers, but Drache goes elsewhere to settle some family scores. The two of them reach Aluzard, but he refuses to them simply because he doesn't feel like it. Sekka only wishes to know what troubles plagues the three of them as Drache returns. Aluzard explains that it would be pointless to explain himself, as they have gathered to him multiple times. He refuses to explain himself further, as they are ready to attack him. However, Aluzard is quicker and drains a bit of Sekka's blood, as Sekka can feel his magic. Aluzard slays Drache and Kagero in front of Sekka's eyes, as she asks why he is attacking them. He responds that he doesn't know and states that everything is meaningless.

Sekka wakes up once again after Aluzard's onslaught and states that he is a jerk. She makes his way over to him once again, but he knows that listening to her won't change a thing. Aluzard knows that despite everything he's done, Vellsar is doomed because of The Lord of Darkness. He explains that the body is not suitable for it, as The Lord of Darkness is a curse with no form. It created Vellsar for it to find its next vessel, and he believes that it is unkillable. Sekka soon thanks Aluzard for all that he's done for her and that they are not his enemies. Aluzard however, readies his blade, stating that they are not his friends either. He resigns himself to despair as they clash. He is able to steadily overwhelm her with his immense magic due to his lifespan. Sekka wishes for the four of them to be together again, but Aluzard relishes after hearing that line once again. He had once believed words of hope, but he sees them now as futile. He states that he is not running from his problem, but he is locked in place by fate and destiny. His sees his attempts are now futile as he cuts down Sekka. She exclaims as to how selfish Aluzard is being towards them, but he still kills her regardless.

After multiple defeats, the trio bands together in order to save Aluzard, as he finally unleashes his vampiric might upon them by how much they keep bothering him. The three of them face Aluzard as he lets loose his power onto them, as he shows no signs of backing down. Sekka approaches him stating that they want to move forward together in order to escape the illusions. She is grateful for opening Sekka's eyes as that one moment meant everything to her. She feels ashamed for having Aluzard be alone for so long. With new resolve, Sekka faces Aluzard in order to save him from his despair. The two face off as Sekka unleashes her Fox Fires upon Aluzard. Sekka states that she will stay by his side and doesn't want to standby as he clearly needs help. She knows that moving forward is painful, but they can't stop. Drache and Kagero join her side as Aluzard unleashes more of his power. She wants him to hit her with everything he has in order erase his loneliness. Aluzard counters with his own strike as the it knocks back everyone with its force. Aluzard soon falls to his knees and ask why. Sekka reassures him that even if they start over they will return to him again. Their words are able to reach Aluzard as he finally admits defeat.

Sekka feels this is going to be their new start as Aluzard explains what he knows. They realize that despite trying everything, such as recruiting the clans or taking out Tsukikage, it won't change anything. The biggest challenge is The Lord of Darkness and how it appears unbeatable. Before they venture off, Aluzard asks if they recall Fleauesse. He sees it as an opportunity to get more answers, so it is best to find her. Drache is ready to beat the answers out of her, as Sekka recognizes its futility and his violence. Kagero is unable to recall Fleauesse's existence, as they decide its best to take down The Lord of Darkness. Drache acknowledges it would mean getting killed, but Sekka has grown used to dying by this point. Aluzard comes out with a new plan, as Sekka trusts his judgement. He can't voice his plan to the others as the others trust him as well. Aluzard directs Sekka and Drache to the base of the Tower as he follows behind.

The trio find themselves at the base of the Tower where Sekka can faintly remember the place. She is afraid of getting eaten thanks to her encounters. Aluzard joins and they encounter Fleauesse, where he soon challenges her. Fleauesse explains the futility of challenging her, but she more than less agrees to fight them. They each exchange blows with each other but Fleauesse remains calm and undeterred. Even Sekka's strongest Fox Fire doesn't faze her. However, the trio only get more fired up as Sekka states as to how annoying she is. Fleauesse is shocked to see them not backing down, but retorts that they are unable to comprehend her very existence. The three then attack Fleauesse together in order to pierce her guard. Sekka convinces Fleauesse to use a bit of her full power which soon overwhelms them. They try to devise a plan within the conflict, which comes down to hitting her head on. Drache and Sekka begin to laugh as they go along with the plan as they're able to land a few blows. As Fleauesse gets ready to finish them off, Kagero appears to strike her down. While not fatal, the strike is able to convince Fleauesse to stand down. As she is ready to speak more of Vellsar, Sekka is annoyed with another array of riddles to come. However, Fleauesse simplifies that a long time ago, Vellsar was once Rivayle which shocks the group.

After Fleauesse explains the connection between Rivayle and Vellsar, Sekka is able to grasp a small idea of it, before being annoyed by Fleauesse's vagueness. She explains further that the Vellsar group as the destined ones for keeping their sense of times, which leaves Sekka unconvinced. Drache resolves that they should simply return to Rivayle in order to overcome its trial, but Sekka laments at the idea of disappearing if they were to succeed. However, he decides that disappearing is better than repeating the same cycle, resulting in impressing the others, including Sekka. Fleauesse interrupts saying that she can use her power in order to make this happen once, leaving Sekka questioning what exactly is Fleauesse. With new determination, Sekka and the gang traverse to overcome fate.

The Final Loop[]

Now in Rivayle, Sekka jumps in the fray with Bunny and Zecilwenshe. Bunny is understandably confused at her sudden appearance, but they aim their sights on Zecil. Sekka identifies Zecil as a being of pure magical energy, to which he acknowledges. Before he can spill more information, Bunny shoots him down. Sekka is amazed as Bunny asks where Sekka came from. She answers she only just got to the world and asks about the trial the world is facing. Sekka goes on by stating that the wrong choice was constantly made that kept Rivayle in a loop. Bunny however, doesn't buy it and states the trial is found within the danger Rivayle finds itself, like its crime. She wants the world to end in order to lay waste to others lives, as her own was stolen. Sekka asks if Bunny is alone, but she has Baron, as Sekka has her friends. She has doubts of the friendship Bunny and Baron have, but she reassures Sekka that they're quite close. Bunny reminisces to the fortune Fleauesse had told her, as Sekka believes this to be the trial. She had brief flashbacks to her own loops, but she refocuses on the fight ahead. As Bunny recites the first part of her poem, she results in calling Sekka, "Sek" and gives her permission to recite her poem.

Icey unleashes his Wretches upon Rivayle catching everyone off guard. Sekka saves Kagero from a Wretch about to attack him. Kagero shows the bullet to her, but before he can elaborate, the Wretches rise again. He allows Sekka to flee with the bullet in order to reach Aluzard. Sekka makes her way through the town, as Drache soon hears her from afar. She is astonished by the explosions and Wretches, but she keeps her composure to try to escape with Drache. Before they can, Nahtnaught comes in, guns blazing. She recognizes them as people not of this world, and asks who exactly they are, while keeping up the pressure. She shoots down Sekka as Drache challenges her to keep her at bay. However, both of their flames keep getting absorbed by Nahtnaught's boxes. Her power begins to overwhelm the two of them, so Sekka orders Drache to escape with the bullet. Sekka now stands against Nahtnaught, alone as she toys with her. Illganeau and Kagero soon arrives to Sekka's side as Nahtnaught explains she fighting Icey isn't such a simple process as Vincent and Icey's forces are closing in on her.

As the trio are caught between Nahtnaught's might, she senses that Icey has disappears. Nahtnaught decides to leave the three of them be but soon find themselves surrounded by Shades instead. They fight valiantly, but Sekka slowly runs out of mana. Suddenly, they disappear as Sekka assumes Aluzard reined triumphant. She devises they should go get Drache and Aluzard, but Sekka can barely stand. As she is ready to take a rest, Iceschillendrig returns once more, cursing the crew for foiling his grand scheme. He transformed sending stronger forms of his Wretches. While barely hanging in there, Kagero and Sekka still fight on.

As Illganeau stands before Icey with the other two Titans, Nahtnaught releases her boxes along with the other five protagonists. Standing proud, Sekka unleashes her onslaught of mana, damaging Icey. As Icey laments the feeling of death, Sekka retorts that an end to today will bring forth a tomorrow. After an onslaught of attacks, Icey still remains standing, to Sekka's surprise. After Illganeau defeats Icey for good, she wonders how Aluzard is doing. However, the three of them are confident in Aluzard's abilities.

After Nexus is finally defeated, the two groups return to their own respective worlds. The Vellsar crew are at the tavern, where Sekka and Kagero catch Drache and Aluzard in a drinking game. Sekka stops them by taking their water away from them. As Kagero, Drache, and Aluzard decide to go for another round, Sekka is ready to join in on the fun. However, she is quickly stopped as Aluzard likes the idea of a Vellsar with this type of clamor.

Whispers of Purgation: Last Words[]

Sekka recalls how unexpected it was to return to Vellsar after the battle at Rivayle and find a peaceful world thanks to creating a new future without the Lord of Darkness. One day when her companions were planning to open a bar, Sekka interrupts them saying that they should plan better. She comments that there are fewer and fewer people on the streets lately, some even locking themselves in their houses in fear for days. They motivate her to find the answer herself, so Sekka leaves after drinking a special non-alcoholic drink from Aluzard. On the way, she meets Gido, who is very kind to her saying that his clan considers her a sister, which contrasts with Sekka's memories of how Gido wanted to kill her to steal the magic of her tails. Seeing this face of his leads Sekka to also consider that her "mother's" actions arose from fear and not evil, so she might do things differently if she saw her now. Sekka is suddenly approached by Maisha Laforge, who mocks her wishes for peace. Sekka attempts to attack her, sensing danger in her, but Maisha uses the power of Sorrow given to her by Nerva to plunge Sekka into a state of anguish that leads her to flee in terror, receiving no help from the people who are all locked in the same state as her. Upon arriving at her old home, Sekka finds Maisha again, who promises to take her pain and make it her own, absorbing Sekka's soul with her sword. As her consciousness fades, Sekka believes she was greedy to scorn the old Vellsar.

In the spirit world, the souls of Sekka, Kagero and Drache are plunged into the darkness of Sorrow. However, the three are confronted by figures from their pasts they thought were missing: the Nine-Tailed Fox, Tsukikage and the former leader of the Dragonewts. This is because the mana that Aluzard put in the drinks that the three drank came with two commands: "Should sorrow plague your host, you must wake and shield his heart" and "Heed my call".

The Nine-Tails tells Sekka that now that she is the only Nine-Tailed she must carry the power, but Sekka gently shakes her hand saying that she will use that power to help everyone in Vellsar and one day bring her back and give her a name.

Maisha claims to still have the advantage thanks to the power of Nerva and the Sorrow of the rest of Vellsar, but Sekka attacks her with a new fire spell.

As the stolen souls return, Aluzard feels exhausted that it's all over, but Sekka says they have to explain to everyone what happened as they must be terrified after always living in a peaceful Vellsar. Drache suggests they can gather everyone together for a drink to cheer them up, with Aluzard being in charge of the catering.
