The Shadowverse World Ranking is a worldwide Shadowverse tournament in Shadowverse Flame organized by the Seven Shadows as part of their mission of finding the Arc.
About[]
The Shadowverse World Ranking is a massive global competition that any player can enter by simply downloading the tournament app on their smartphone. By doing so, the participant receives a number of points that determine their position in the ranking. Points are assigned according to your winning record, your rank, your performance in tournaments and so on. When battling against other participants, you get more points when you win and you lose them when you lose, being disqualified if you reach negative points. By winning you can also get special card packs that contain new cards created by Genesis Corporation.
Only one vs one format is allowed in the tournament. Also, you are not allowed to battle the same player two times in a row.
The tournament lasts four days, and you can use V.E.S.U.S for VR battles anywhere. After this period, the top seven ranked are declared the best players in the world and get the right to challenge the Seven Shadows. The Seven Shadows, however, can be battled during the course of the tournament, earning a large point bonus if you win. During the fourth day, the same rule applies to the current top seven in order to give all participants a chance to reach the top.
First place gets a special prize which is access to using the Portalcraft class.
Post-Tournament[]
The seven (eight) winners are brought to the Shadow Area where they could battle the Seven Shadows in a team challenge.
The challenge consists of the players advancing through the eight zones of the Shadow Area, being able to battle against a member of the Seven Shadows in each zone, following an established order. Any challenger can battle as many times as they wish, but only one battle is allowed in each zone. The first group to achieve five victories is the winner.
