Si Long is one of the main protagonists of The Empyrean Inn and The Empyrean Inn: Last Resort. She is Mizuchi's future self.
Si Long is a leader of the Dragoncraft class. Her leader skin could be obtained by purchasing season 10 of the premium Battle Pass and can now also be purchased through the in-game shop.
Personality[]
Si Long is incredibly self-entitled, arrogant, and demanding. After the tragedy of her youth, she became the complete opposite of her former self, turning tyrannical, indulgent, and ruthless to those around her. She refuses to let anyone tell her what to do in any way, shape, or form and does as she please when she pleases. After her transformation, she turned incredibly wrathful, nearly submerging her world in her first rampage and wiping it out in her second.
When she arrives in Ametsuchi, she quickly claims it as her domain and sees herself as its ruler, using her overwhelming might to secure her dominance. Despite her temper and arrogance, she finds contentment in the inn's luxuries to the point she stays in her room for months on end, only losing her temper if provoked. The only part about the inn that she doesn't like is when her memory shards resurface and actively seeks to erase any trace of her miserable past self.

History[]
Si Long is a future version of Mizuchi, one who was able to move on with her life after the incident that brought the past Mizuchi to Ametsuchi. In her timeline, Mizuchi survived the fall she suffered during her exile after killing the dragon on orders from her village.
Vowed never to be commanded again, she obtained true dragonhood and unleashed her wrath, stopping long after she had forgotten why she was so furious to begin with. In the aftermath of her rampage, she discovered she had flooded nearly the entire world in water, leaving little land left and pushing humanity to its exctintion.
She gained a new name from them, Si Long, the one who sank four continents, and settled on a nearby island and forced its inhabitants to tend to her every whim. Her reign was tyrannical and one day, she found a book chronicling the history of her island and discovered it was her original village. She was sent back into her rage and destroyed everything, causing the waters to rise until there was nothing but sea.
After her rampage concluded, Si Long then fell into the ocean, awakening in Ametsuchi.
She reclaimed her memories long before Mizuchi came to Ametsuchi, but the Concierge didn't come after her because she destroyed them all herself, leaving only Saito and Taketsumi remaining. She declares no one orders her around and that so long the Concierge stays out of her affairs, she stays out of theirs.
The Empyrean Inn[]
Si Long contently spends her days in the inn, blissfully indulging in its luxuries. However, the other guests fear her for her violent temper, self-entitled behavior, and frightening water magic. She claims the entire inn as her territory and has been a guest at the inn for longer than most of the staff.
After awakening from a bad dream Si Long realizes the memory was abnormally vivid. While walking about the inn, Si Long overhears a cloaked guest asking about how the Great Spider takes memories. Another guest tells the cloaked guest that the Great Spider somehow takes memories when guests check in, but it is rumored to lock them away in a secret trove and it is forbidden to take them back. When Si Long hears another hunt is being held, she joins in to vent her anger from the nightmare. While fighting a Sootspawn, Si Long realizes that the dream was actually one her memories and seeks to destroy them. She attacks the Sootspawn to destroy the memories that plague her for good.
After destroying the Sootspawn, Si Long discovers one of her memory shards, which she thought she had all destroyed a long time ago and destroys it. She moves to eat breakfast in hopes of forgetting her bad morning and is approached by Saito afterward. He tells her the concierge has a new member, but Si Long doesn't care and orders Saito away.
After another dream about her memories, one of several that have been unwillingly returning, Si Long grows angry travels to Weaver's Hall. She destroys a ward put up by Saito and proceeds to destroy countless sootspaw to find the one responsible for her returning memories and nightmares but fails to find what she is looking for. Afterward, she goes back to the banquets for more food, but a rowdy guest disrupts her meal and strikes her, dropping her food. Infuriated by the disrespect and losing her food, Si Long goes into a rage and knocks the quest out. Mizuchi arrives to investigate the disturbance and both she and Si Long discover the other is a dragonling.
Mizuchi and Si Long enjoy each other's company as fellow dragonling and even the self-entitled Si Long admits she thinks of Mizuchi as a sister.
Later, before Mizuchi can kill Itsurugi, Si Long arrives and breaks him free, angered that her recent meal was interrupted by the two. Si Long threatens Itsurugi off and Mizuchi fears that she is a forsaken.
Si Long explains that while she is not a forsaken but was responsible for destroying the ward in her hunt for her memory shards. She explains wants her memories gone and that she entered Weaver's Hall to deal with one of them. However, when Si Long encourages Mizuchi to forget the incident and share a meal with her, Mizuchi asks her if she was destroying other memories and Si Long explains no one can sense the memory shards of others. Before the two can begin their meal, a horde of sootspawn invade along with the great spider itself. Mizuchi tries to calm the great spider, but it ignores her and attacks, forcing Si Long to attack it. Si Long destroys one of the Great Spider's legs, causing countless memory shards to be released from the wound. The great Spider retreats and both Si Long and Mizuchi sense a memory nearby, Mizuchi realizes the memory is her, but Si Long furiously orders her to give it to her so she may destroy it.
Mizuchi repels Si Long's attacks and claims the memory belongs is hers. Si Long senses the memory belongs to her, but Mizuchi explains she senses the same thing and Si Long injures her for her interference. Desperate, Mizuchi grabs the shard, releasing the memories trapped within to both Si Long and Mizuchi.
Mizuchi realizes that Si Long is her future self and Si Long realizes that Mizuchi is her past self. Si Long realizes that Mizuchi is the reason her memories kept returning: because they shared them. Si Long, furious that the memories she worked so hard to leave behind came back, attacks Mizuchi and declares she will destroy the Great Spider to permanently destroy her memories for good. Mizuchi protests, but Si Long silences her and leaves to fulfil her mission.
The Empyrean Inn: Last Resort[]
Mizuchi finds Si Long destorying hordes of Sootspawn and pleads with her to not destroy other's memories. Si Long refuses and attacks Mizuchi, disgusted by her past self, and declares that even though she knows everything about Mizuchi, the latter doesn't know anything about the former. She offers Mizuchi to let her destroy the memory shards and have Kunitsu Amachi erase their memories again so they can go back to being like sisters, but Mizuchi refuses to let others decide for her ever again. With Si Long unwilling to abandon her plan, Mizuchi is forced to fight her.
Si Long easily overpowers Mizuchi with her greater experience. However, Mizuchi realizes that during Si Long's life, she never came to Ametsuchi when she still named Muzuchi, meaning Mizuchi has her own experiences Si Long doesn't know about and that the future where she becomes Si Long hasn't been decided. She battles Si Long with renewed strength.
Si Long is angered by Mizuchi's resistance and Mizuchi denounces Si Long's arrogance and pride a mask to hide her pain and fear from her past. As the two continue to fight, Mizuchi declares that she is not Si Long and the latter is still following the flow of the world. She tells Si Long she can still create a new path in life and find true happiness and avoid repeating her mistakes which she knows Si Long regrets. Si Long still refuses to stop and the two clash with their strongest attacks that leaves them both injured. Si Long recognizes Mizuchi used an attack she never had before and Mizuchi explains that she developed it in order to out speed Anisage, something Si Long never had to do. She tells Si Long that she will continue creating her own path by returning to her world and asks Si Long to come with her, so the latter can right her wrongs and leave her regrets behind. Si Long finally concedes and the two reconcile before Mizuchi leaves to stop the Great Spider's rampage.
As Maisha proves to powerful for Anisage and Mizuchi to handle, Si Long arrives to aid them. When even Si Long's power isn't enough, the three team up to take on Maisha.
After Taketsumi's defeat, Itsurugi asks the others what they plan to do and Si Long, Mizuchi, and Anisage explain they will return to their own worlds and find happiness. Kunitsu escorts them to the Cataract and Si Long and Mizuchi leave to change their fates.
