Story Mode, also referred to as the Main Story, is one of the single player modes of Shadowverse.
Description[]
The story followers many different characters from various Worlds and is presented in a visual novel style format with full voice acting. Some chapters may even include choices and multiple endings.
Many stages in this mode contain battles against computer controlled opponents, where players may use the prebuilt and trial decks provided by the game, or decks they have built themselves for either the Rotation or Unlimited formats. Story opponents all have premade decks, fluctuating health, and may use cards from multiple different classes at once. Players can obtain many rewards through completing story mode, such as rupies, cards, sleeves, and flairs.
Main Characters[]
Chapters 1 through 9 of the story mode features Arisa, Erika Sumeragi, Isabelle, Rowen Dragespear, Luna, Urias Formonde, Eris Anthule and Yuwan Gilfrei as the main playable characters. They also appear as supporting characters in the following chapters.
Chapters 10 through 14 feature Bunny, Baron, Maiser, Selena, Illganeau, Sekka, Drache, Kagero and Aluzard as the main playable characters.
Itsurugi, Mizuchi, Si Long and Anisage are the main playable characters of chapters 15 and 16.
Verdilia, Lyelth, Amaryllis and Castelle are the main playable characters of chapters 17 and 18.
Asher and Elena are the main playable characters of chapter 19.
Chapter 20 features various characters from previous chapters, including the original main characters of chapters 1-9, as well as those who previously only had a supporting role, such as Nicola Adel, Setus Law and Mono.
