Union Burst is a mechanic available for all classes introduced in Ultimate Colosseum. Skybound Art is a similar mechanich introduced in Eternal Awakening.
Union Burst or Skybound Art effects activate when the card is played in the turn corresponding to the number set in the Union Burst or Skybound Art effect or later. The number is reduced by 1 every time an allied follower evolves during your turn when the card is in your hand, so its effect can be activated 1 turn earlier.
The Union Burst and Skybound Art's value always start in 10; this means that the effect activates when you play the card on your 10th turn or later. Super Skybound Art's value always start in 15; this means that the effect activates when you play the card on your 15th turn or later.
