Vellsar is the setting of Entropy's Abyss and Entropy's Abyss: Reconclusion.
It is a realm created by Iceschillendrig after he possesses Arisa in the end of Fate's Trigger: Conclusion and is an alternate future of Rivayle.
History[]
When Iceshillendrig possessed Arisa, her body proved to be incompatible with his being and as such he created Vellsar, a realm of monsters and spirits, out of Rivayle using the ritual he had prepared. The world's purpose was to have its warring clans of creatures fight until a more suitable vessel would appear for Iceshillendrig to possess. Due to the incompatible nature of Arisa's body, Iceshillendrig was forced to enter a state of slumber until a more suitable vessel arrived, becoming the "Lord of Darkness." However, no matter the results of any confrontation against him or lack thereof, Fleauesse's time loop resets all that transpired.
Entropy's Abyss[]
Fleauesse dismisses the events of Vellsar, seeing them only as world doomed to tragedy. She speaks with Nexus, who reveals Fleauesse is a former keeper vessel who is putting the world through an ever-repeating cycle, and reveals the cycle is meant to keep Nexus at bay. She declares that the world is under her control and that Nexus cannot interfere without her will.
Fleauesse felt Vellsar's existence was unimportant and meaningless because it created past the point of the trial where things could have been changed. However, when a group of four, Kagero, Sekka, Aluzard and Drache, become aware of the time loop and confront Flauesse in a fate that had never taken place, the goddess understand that they are the destined ones to change it.
As the group decides to go to Rivayle and pass the trial to end the threat, Fleauesse reveals her power can take them to Rivayle once, and hints it may be possible for the link between Rivayle and Vellsar to be broken. The group rallies to face the trial and save the world and Fleauesse sends them, a group that has defied fate itself, to the past.
The Final Loop[]
With the Vellsar team's success in changing the outcome of Fleauesse's trial, breaking the time loop, and the defeats of both Iceshillendrig and Nexus, Vellsar becomes a world separate from Rivayle and the Lord of Darkness no longer exists, allowing peace to fill the realm.
