Wrath is a special mechanic exclusive of the Bloodcraft class introduced in World Uprooted.
Wrath activates if your leader haven taken damage 7 or more times during your own turn. This is usually achieved through effects that deal damage to your own leader, however, any enemy effect that damage your leader and activates during your turn also adds to Wrath's count. Wrath's count only takes into account damage that is dealt separately. If an effect deals damage to your leader all at once, just add 1 to Wrath's count no matter how big the damage is.
In Shadowverse Flame, Wrath's count is represented by small red eyeballs that hover around the player, becoming a big eyeball once Wrath is activated. The big eyeball baths the user in a crimson aura.
